A resistant training program is necessary if growing muscular growth and strength are the objectives. But it seems that aerobic exercise alone is the best exercise for lowering fat and total body mass when weighing time commitments against the acquired health benefits.

  • Many people have made staying fit and leading a healthy lifestyle a highly personal and personalized effort, working with a fitness coach to accomplish their objectives. Fitness coaches provide workout recommendations based on client evaluations and physical assessments.
