I loved my workout sessions with Robbie at Genesis from the beginning. My goals were simple, I wanted to tone and become stronger physically. After a year of working with Robbie I was lifting over half my weight size which helped me to scale down in my weight size. Robbie was great at challenging me and meeting me where I was at mentally to help me see I can meet my goals. Great communication, reliable and all around amazing trainer! I've been working with personal trainer Jessica for about 3 months and I'm really amazed with her training. Her knowledge of yoga and strength training really helped to improve my flexibility and mental health. You can tell she really cares about her clients. The app they use is really useful too!

I took a my personal trainer for 30 session which were done by Emmanuel. I felt as need of correcting good posture and strong body figure, which is why I took this sessions. Emmanuel was just perfect pleasure attitude good manner always on time. Also, he knew exactly what I need for my body need and what foods to eat. .
After 30 session even my friend notice how I lost weight. Also, I find myself feeling better, standing up straighter, and walking in more enjoyable position. I'm so happy took a personal trainee, it is worthy for my time. I strongly recommend taking these courses with Emmanuel. He is a great, has lots of energy, and a bright mindset.. I felt
very comfortable working together with him. I'll give him five stars.
