Hello, I’m Dorota.
As a dedicated Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, my mission is to help people feel comfortable in their bodies so they can enjoy life to the fullest! I believe that by adopting small, daily habits, anyone can achieve a shape they feel good about and are proud of. My approach is based on four essential pillars: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery. I truly believe that this holistic method is the most effective way for women to feel strong, empowered, and confident in their bodies and lives.
Originally from Poland, my journey to self-acceptance was challenging. For many years, I was obsessed with food and constantly worried about my body image. Finding balance was a long struggle, but I finally reached a point where I accepted myself as I am.
I am 100% committed to guiding you on your journey to becoming a healthier, happier, and fitter version of yourself. Let me hold the belief in your potential for success in your health and fitness goals until you can believe it yourself.

I took a my personal trainer for 30 session which were done by Emmanuel. I felt as need of correcting good posture and strong body figure, which is why I took this sessions. Emmanuel was just perfect pleasure attitude good manner always on time. Also, he knew exactly what I need for my body need and what foods to eat. .
