The Practice

Stephanie, a yoga practitioner, has spend thousands of hours learning, developing, and implementing different yoga techniques to her practice to improve mental and physical health. She understands the importance of stretching and mindfulness when we are consumed by a fast paced environment filled with chronic stresses that cause tension and aggravation. She found that Yoga is a practice that has remained constant for thousands of years and has provided many benefits for most individuals looking to battle the stresses of life. A new service provided by Genesis Training, Stephanie aims to expand the mind and body through holistic wellness and compliment the other services Genesis Training has to offer.
