How it works.

STEP 1:
Schedule a call or consultation.

Discover how Genesis Training is the all in one mobile fitness solution that can be delivered directly to the palm of your hand or scheduled right to your door.
Figure out which training method is right for you, whether its in-person, live video, or an on demand workout program with 24/7 accountability.

STEP 2:
Choose the package that's right for you.

After deciding which training method aligns with your goals, visit our online store to select with package or subscription you would want to purchase.
These packages and subscriptions contain training credits, which you then can use toward your training sessions.

STEP 3:
Create an account and connect with your trainer.

Once you create an account at checkout on our website, you will receive another email to login into our private training app. While you fill out the consultation form and liability waiver, we will match you with the appropriate trainer that will produce the best results and they will reach out to you within the next 24hrs to schedule your sessions. Feel free to take a look at our trainers’ profiles to request a specific trainer.
