We offer BOTH on-site and off-site Physical Therapy. On-site services are held in our state-of-the-art facility, which holds all of the latest equipment. We also have the option of coming to you, so there is nothing stopping you from getting where you want to be and becoming stronger.

About Our Physical Therapist

BETTY LI
Head Doctor of Physical Therapy and Fitness Specialist

Betty is the product of almost all NYC boroughs and, now, a proud resident of NJ. She received her Bachelors in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University. She has worked with a diverse crowd, from the geriatric population to pregnancy/postpartum individuals to athletes involved in combat sports, and every one in between. Whether aiding an individual in regaining mobility or fine-tuning the performance of a martial artist, she preaches the importance of staying proactive and consistent in leading a life of longevity.

When not lifting weights or kickboxing, she likes to walk all over the place and take photos of random flowers that she passes by!
